What this website collects
The trip planner runs entirely in your browser. It does not send or store your answers on our server. It prepares a message that opens in WhatsApp, and nothing is sent to us unless you press send there.
We do not use advertising cookies or analytics at present. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
Your language choice is saved in your browser’s local storage, not on our server. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.
Our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the time of your visit. This is used for security, reliability, and diagnosing problems.
Information you share with us
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we may receive your name, contact details, travel dates, group size, destinations, budget, halal and dietary needs, accessibility needs, and any other information you choose to share. If we arrange a booking, we may also need passport or other booking details.
Please share only what is needed for your inquiry or trip. Avoid sending sensitive documents unless we ask for a specific purpose and you are comfortable with the channel.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

- Payment providers or banks, if a deposit or refund is arranged.

How long we keep information
We keep inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we need it longer to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. Booking, payment, and tax records may be kept for longer where the law requires it.
After that, we delete or anonymize the information. You can ask us to delete it sooner, unless we are required to keep it.
Keeping information safe
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Email and WhatsApp are convenient, but they are not the right channel for highly sensitive documents. If you need to send something sensitive, ask us for a safer method first.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your information; to receive a portable copy; to withdraw consent; and to complain to a data protection authority.
