This website is operated by Viam Halal Tours. By using the site or asking us to plan a trip, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our planning service.
Using this website
The content on this site is general information about travel in Vietnam and our services. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that everything is complete or error-free. Details such as opening hours, routes, and supplier services can change.
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use our content in a misleading way.
Quotes and itinerary proposals
Every trip we plan is custom. A proposal or quote is not a confirmed booking, and it does not guarantee availability. Prices, services, and supplier conditions can change until we confirm your booking in writing.
A quote is valid for the period stated in it. If no period is stated, ask us to confirm before you rely on it.
Confirming a booking
To confirm a trip, you accept the quote in writing and pay the deposit stated in it. A contract exists only when we confirm your booking in writing and receive the deposit. The person making the booking confirms that they are authorised to act for everyone in the group.
Payments
No payments are taken on this website. Deposits and final payments are arranged directly with us using the method set out in your quote. We do not ask for card details through the website.
Bank charges, currency conversion costs, and payment provider fees may apply. Please keep your receipts and ask us if you need a payment confirmation.
Prices and what is included
Your quote lists what is included and what is excluded. Unless your quote says otherwise, international flights, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, drinks, optional activities, tips, and anything not expressly listed are not included.
Prices may change before confirmation because of supplier availability, currency movements, taxes, or fees. After confirmation, we will only pass on changes required by law or by supplier terms, and we will tell you before you pay more.
Your responsibilities
We may remove a traveller from a trip for serious misconduct or behaviour that puts others at risk, at that traveller’s own cost.
- Provide accurate names, dates, ages, passport details, and contact information.
- Check passport validity, visa and entry requirements, and current health advice for Vietnam.
- Arrange travel insurance that covers medical care, emergency evacuation, cancellation, delay, and any activities you plan.
- Tell us about halal, dietary, accessibility, medical, or other needs before booking. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee every request.
- Respect local laws, customs, and religious sites, behave safely, and arrive on time for activities and departures.
Changes you request
Ask for changes in writing as early as possible. Changes depend on availability and may incur supplier fees, price differences, or an administration charge. We will tell you the cost before we proceed.
Changes we make
Weather, safety concerns, road conditions, supplier issues, or events beyond our control may require changes to an itinerary. We may substitute comparable services or adjust the order of activities.
If a significant change is needed, we will tell you as soon as possible and discuss your options. If we cannot provide a material part of the trip, you may be entitled to an alternative or a refund under our cancellation policy and applicable law.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel, tell us in writing. Cancellation charges depend on the date we receive your notice and on the supplier terms set out in your quote. Our Cancellation & Deposit Policy explains how this works.
If we cancel for reasons within our control, we will offer a comparable alternative or refund the amount paid for the affected services. Events outside our control are handled under the cancellation policy.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip. It should cover medical treatment, emergency evacuation, cancellation, delay, lost luggage, and any adventure activities you plan. Insurance is your best protection if plans change or something goes wrong.
Third-party suppliers
We may arrange services from independent suppliers, such as hotels, transport companies, guides, and activity operators. Their own terms and conditions may apply.
We choose suppliers with care, but we are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions to the extent permitted by law. If something goes wrong, tell us and we will help you resolve it.
Liability
We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of enjoyment, or events outside our control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected services.
Complaints
If something is not right, tell us as soon as possible so we have a chance to fix it. Email huynguyenworkemail@gmail.com with your booking name, trip dates, and details of the issue. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within two business days and respond within 14 days. This does not affect your legal rights.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Intellectual property
The text, logo, layout, and design of this website are owned by us or used with permission. Photographs are credited on the Photo Credits page and may be subject to Creative Commons licences. Please do not copy or reuse our content without permission, except as allowed by those licences or by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Viam Halal Tours is registered. Disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction there, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to another forum. We will confirm the contracting entity and its registered country in your quotation.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protection you have in your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies when you use the site or confirm a booking. Material changes will not apply retroactively to confirmed bookings without your agreement.
